Kevin David Hulse is a YouTuber and online business educator who built a following teaching Amazon FBA, dropshipping, and passive income strategies. In November 2022 the Federal Trade Commission took action against DK Automation, a company he co-owned with David Shawn Arnett, alleging they used unfounded claims of passive income to sell Amazon business packages and cryptocurrency schemes costing up to $100,000. The FTC alleged that few consumers made money and that the defendants manipulated reviews and suppressed complaints. A court order required $2.8 million in consumer refunds against a total judgment of nearly $53 million, partially suspended due to claimed inability to pay.
