In plain English: VettaCoach is a community review platform. We publish what our members share. We don't write the reviews. You do. We're not the authority on any coach; the community is.
VettaCoach LLC is a Colorado limited liability company operating vettacoach.com. We provide a platform where people can browse coach profiles, read community-submitted reviews, and submit their own. Coaches may claim their profile for free and, optionally, subscribe to a paid plan.
VettaCoach is a platform that hosts content created by its users. Reviews and profile information submitted by users are third-party content. VettaCoach does not write, author, or adopt that content. We do not review or verify most content before it is posted, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of what users submit. We may remove content that violates our guidelines; moderating content, or declining to remove it, does not make that content ours.
You must create a verified account to submit a review, submit a new coach, or take any other action that writes to the platform. Account creation requires a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.
Both program reviews and discovery call reviews require a verified account. By submitting a review you represent and warrant that: (a) the experience described was your own first-hand experience; (b) you have no financial interest in the coach or a competing coach; (c) the content is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge; and (d) as between you and VettaCoach, you are solely responsible for the content you submit and for its accuracy. You grant VettaCoach a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute the review on the platform and in related marketing. You retain ownership of the content you submit.
Any verified account holder may submit a coach not currently in the directory. Submissions are held for admin review before going live. You will be notified by email when the coach is approved and invited to submit a review at that time. Submitting a coach does not guarantee it will be published.
Profiles on VettaCoach represent publicly known individuals operating as coaches or program sellers. Listing a coach does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or any statement about their quality. Profile data is sourced from public information and community submissions. Coaches may claim their profile for free through our verification process; optional paid plans add further features. A claimed profile does not alter the integrity of reviews on it.
Coaches may claim their profile for free through our verification process (business email, direct message, or screenshot verification), subject to manual admin review. A free claim includes the Claimed badge, dashboard access, bio editing, and the ability to respond to reviews. Coaches may optionally subscribe to a paid plan, Starter ($39/month) or Premium ($79/month), for additional features. Paid subscriptions renew monthly; you may cancel at any time, and access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund policy: if you subscribe to a paid plan and cancel within 7 days of first access to the paid features, a full refund will be issued; no refund is available after 7 days of active paid access. Disputed claims, where two parties contest the same profile, are reviewed by VettaCoach.
When you claim a profile and add content (including your photo, bio, links, and other profile materials), you grant VettaCoach a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote your profile on the platform. This licence is not terminated immediately upon cancellation of your subscription: content you provided may remain to preserve the continuity and integrity of the profile and the reviews attached to it. You may request removal of specific profile content you provided by emailing hello@vettacoach.com, and we will act on reasonable requests.
Reviewers appear to the public and to reviewed coaches by initials and a non-identifying reference only; we do not publicly display a reviewer's full identity. However, anonymity is not absolute and cannot be guaranteed. We may be required to disclose identifying information in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process, and a reviewer's identity may in some cases be inferred from the details of a review. Do not submit a review assuming that your identity can never be revealed.
You may not submit content that: contains demonstrably false statements of fact; threatens, harasses, or intimidates any individual; was written by someone with a financial interest in the outcome; discloses private personal information; impersonates another person; or violates any applicable law. Violation may result in content removal and account termination.
Only coaches with an active claimed profile may formally dispute a review. Disputes must include specific evidence and identify a factual inaccuracy or guideline violation. Volume of complaints is never grounds for removal. See our Dispute & Removal Policy for the full process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VettaCoach LLC and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to VettaCoach in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration will take place in Colorado, by videoconference, or in your home jurisdiction, at your election. You and VettaCoach each agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action; the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class proceeding. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver agreement by emailing hello@vettacoach.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. In particular, if the limitation of liability above is found unenforceable in whole or in part, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
VettaCoach respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to our designated agent at hello@vettacoach.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will process valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
