Mary Morrissey

Mary Morrissey is a New Thought author, speaker, and founder of the Brave Thinking Institute, which she has run for over 40 years. She created the DreamBuilder system, a 12-week personal development programme, and the DreamBuilder Coach certification. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and an honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters, and has spoken at the United Nations three times. She is the author of Building Your Field of Dreams, which became a PBS special, and No Less Than Greatness. In the early 2000s, her church the Living Enrichment Center in Oregon accumulated approximately $20 million in debt, including around $8 million owed to congregants. Morrissey signed a consent decree with Oregon state securities regulators agreeing to repay $10.7 million to creditors. No criminal charges were filed.
